Scaffolding in Gangelt

Facade scaffolding, complete encapsulation and bespoke structures for building work in Gangelt and across the Heinsberg district. Measured, erected and dismantled by one company that supplies the scaffold and the weather protection together.

  • Scaffold and skin

Facade scaffold, sheeting, roof and encapsulation come from the same crew, with no second point of contact.

  • Built, not picked from a catalogue

Modular, birdcage and suspended scaffolds plus bespoke structures for layouts no standard scaffold covers.

  • Own plant and lorries

A lorry with a loading crane and container body, telehandlers and hoists stand ready at the company yard.

Encapsulation and weather protection

When the scaffold has to be tight

Encapsulation turns a scaffold into a weather skin. It keeps rain, wind, dust and blast media where they belong and makes the work under the sheeting independent of the weather. The photographs below are of encapsulations built by this company.

Encapsulation going up

Support scaffold, roof beams and the first runs of sheeting

The scaffold stands, the roof beams are seated and the first runs of sheeting are drawn in. The lorry with its loading crane lifts the remaining elements into place without hired lifting gear. The skin goes up in the order in which it will later come down.

Encapsulation fully closed with white sheeting along the entire length of the building

A closed encapsulation

A hall length skin, sealed all round

Closed over its full length, with continuous joints and a roof that carries water out over the eaves. Underneath it you can blast, coat and dry even when it is raining or blowing outside.

Runs, joints and fixings in detail

Every run is jointed, tensioned and held to the scaffold so that it does not work loose in the wind. The close view shows how tightly the skin sits against the support scaffold and where the company board is fixed.

Long white encapsulation backlit by the evening sun

Encapsulation at dusk

The same skin against the light

In the evening it is clear what the skin does: one closed, load carrying surface over the full length that uncouples the build programme from rain, frost and blown dust.

If your project is not on the list, describe it in the form. Bespoke means exactly that.

Describe your project

How it runs

From the call to the dismantle

Four steps, and at each one you know where you stand.

  1. Enquiry

You describe the building: location, height, area, the trades planned and the period the scaffold has to stand. One photograph of the site helps more than a long description.

  2. Measuring on site

We look at the site and settle access, ground conditions, anchoring and whether encapsulation is needed. That produces a quotation covering what your project genuinely requires.

  3. Erection and handover

The crew erects the scaffold, fits decks, guard rails and access, and hands it over with the marking that belongs to its use. Only then is it worked on.

  4. Standing time and dismantle

Standing time is agreed, not guessed. If the build programme moves, it is adjusted. At the end the scaffold is struck, loaded and the area cleared.

Tell us about the building

A name, a phone number and a few sentences about the project are enough. We will get back to you and settle the rest by phone or on site.

Rather talk it through

The quickest route to an appointment for measuring up is the phone.
